    You Parked Like a Jackass does not collect or share personally-identifying information about our visitors or submitters unless ordered to do so by a court of law. Unconstitutional orders will be challenged.

    We use Google Analytics to collect behavioral information about how visitors interact with our site. This helps us determine which posts are popular, where our traffic comes from, etc. None of this information is personally-identifying in nature.

    When submitters send us photos, we  retain the message for as long as is needed to obtain any additional information from the submitters and post the photo. After that, we retain only the photo itself.
