Parking Across Two Handicap Spaces

The submitter informed us that they were unable to get a Jackass Card on the windshield of this one in time. But they also saw two able-bodied adults enter the vehicle, and there were no visible handicap tags. If that’s true, these people are scumbags.

Maybe I’m just a bit of a bitch, but this one would earn a call to the police from me. I work for a disabled person, so am VERY aware of just how much people who qualify for the special plate or the placard really NEED those spaces. Stupidity and selfishness, last I knew, did NOT qualify as handicaps as far as the DMV is concerned.
